Kith (Paragon): Tripping Tail: On a hit, your Tail Swipe attack also knocks the target prone. Kith (Epic): Draconic Elite: You gain a +2 feat bonus to all saves. Human (Epic): Action Hero: as a Minor Action usable even when you are not allowed to take actions, you may spend an action point to end all ongoing effects on yourself that a successful save could end. Vriak (Heroic): Vriak Katar Focus: You gain proficiency in Katar and a +2 bonus to damage while using a katar in each hand.
