Enhanced [Stat]
1 CP to 5 CP per level Attribute
	The cost of purchasing an Enhanced Stat with this Attribute depends on
	the Stat being raised.  This Attrbiute is not a handy way around the
	Stat scale.  Basically, to find the cost of Enhanced [Stat] simply take
	the cost for the Stat after modification and subtract from that the
	cost of your Stat before modification.  The difference is the cost of
	this Attribute.
	(SHINING EXAMPLE: Squiblet the Mutant Seal originally had a body Stat
	of 3. After being exposed to radioactive sardines he gained incredible
	physical prowess.  His Body Stat is now 12.  A Stat of 12 costs 30 CP,
	and a stat of 3 costs 4 CP, so this Attribute costs Squiblet 26 CP.)

Gadgeteer
2 CP per level Attribute
	It is important to note that in Russian Roulette, the Gadgeteer
	Attribute applies to technological Items of Power, to Gadgets, and to
	Mecha. In any case you'd better have the skills to back up your
	Gadgeteering.
